Great news! As well as being a UK Registered Charity F.R.O.D.O. is also registered as a Public Charity, U.S. 501© (3), tax ID no. 26-0838891 – a US registered charity.

This means if you are an American donor, you can now donate more easily to F.R.O.D.O. by posting your check (made payable to F.R.O.D.O.) to Linda Edwards, Groves Accountancy Corporation, 21201 Victory Blvd Ste 240, Canoga Park, CA 91303 USA. It also means that if your donation is over $250 you are able to get a receipt for tax purposes too.

If you need a receipt you will need to include your full name, email and address details with your check.

You can also support F.R.O.D.O. America and make a big difference to the tens of thousands of disabled orphans and abandoned children in developing countries by setting yourself a personal challenge and using Firstgiving as your donation site.

It’s easy to do. Simply decide what you would like to do, whether it is a sponsored trek; run; swim; basketball game; series of dinners where each one of your friends hosts dinner on a separate night and asks for contributions from guests for example. Then simply register your idea with Firstgiving and email all your friends, enemies and co-workers the link to your fundraising site encouraging them to support you in your efforts.

To make your fundraising legal please let us know your intentions as we need to register the charity in the State where you live and plan to hold the event.
