Richard is originally from Northern Ireland, and has been travelling regularly to Eastern Europe for almost 20 years. He graduated with a degree in Applied Psychology before going to live in Cluj-Napoca in Romania. Richard returned from Romania in 2007 and before taking up the post of Programme Manager with F.R.O.D.O worked with a small charity in the field of addiction care.
Rick's own experience of living in Romania has made him an exceptional programme manager who understands the cultural background of Eastern Europe and is commited to the vision of the charity
